Confirmed, I can see what's happened.
There was a "const"ification cleanup which tried to avoid temporarily dropping
NUL characters into text which was being scanned through, using Ustrncmp
instead of Ustrcmp to handle it. But the transport lookup didn't switch to
Ustrncmp.
Ironically, quite a few test-cases were added to handle this, so our testing
got better at the same time. But not better enough.
