[pcre-dev] PCRE1 8.41-RC1 test release

I have just put the 8.41-RC1 tarballs in the usual place:

This is, yet again, just a bugfix release. See ChangeLog for details.
Please test in the next few weeks - I plan to put out the actual release
sometime in July. Thanks.
