Patch

Since we now have an SELinux compatible execmem allocator in JIT it would be
good to add a configuration option for it. I added support for both autotools
and cmake, but the cmake part is speculative (not tested).

Let me know what do you think about this patch (e.g. names, descriptions,
etc.). Thank you.
