What is this file called, and where can I find it?
This is, regrettably, not obvious from the main documentation page.
PS: the only reason I bothered with filing a bug report, is that when someone
has asked about things apparently missing in the docs on the exim-users mailing
list, they get told to file a bug report. There's no need to get nasty.
