Tested fix compiles with OpenSSL 1.0.2k and OpenSSL 1.1.0e.
OpenSSL 1.1 users get DH_bits and accurate results. GnuTLS users get accurate
results. Older OpenSSL users get rounded results and can fine-tune config
options or generate smaller DH params, as they wish.
