[exim] Problems with Smarthost configuration and space in th…

Hello,

I have configured exim4 to send all mails via outlook.com smtp servers.
Username and password are stored in passwd.client

My password contains a space. How do I make exim to recognize this? Authentication fails.

I guess I need to somehow escape it. It tried several things and it did not work.

I had a password without space and it worked without problems. So config should be good.

Is a space in the password supported?
