Thank you very much Phillip. The script was looking for a replacement of "ar".
Once it is in the search path, the script ended successfully.
I'm back on track for installing Apache HTTPD now, but only one thing I've
noticed is PCRE2 is not recognized by Apache, but PCRE is.
I've started make on HTTPD, and hope it will finish tonight.
