Can you post the output from
exim -Mvb <message-id> | tail -n2 | xxd
Or, even better, can you just find the spool (-D) file and
pipe that into `tail -n2 | xxd`?
Can you change the (exim -Mar <message-id> hs@???) and
check if it delivers to my server (provided that you con't carry
sensitive information in your message)
Can you force the delivery of the specific message using
`exim -d+transport -M <message-id>` and provide the last parts of the
log?
