[exim] Problems with chunking in 4.89 too

Hi

We have problems with chunking since Version 4.89 (not 4.88). Mails to an exchange server hang, 11MB data don’t come to an end and after ~8 min. the transfer stops.

Sending a mail manually from the spool shows the process:
