Fix

If SUPPORT_UNICODE is defined, re variable is dereferenced without checking re
for NULL:

#ifdef SUPPORT_UNICODE
BOOL utf = (re->overall_options & PCRE2_UTF) != 0;
#endif

if (re == NULL) return PCRE2_ERROR_NULL;


10.23 as well as SVN tip is affected. Fix is attached.
