I am really not very concerned about this kind of "bug" in pcretest, which is
just a test program and was never meant to be robust against crazy input. The
revised test program for PCRE2 (pcre2test) is already much more robust because
it was more seriously "designed" rather than just hacked up. However, in order
to stop these kinds of report I will fix bugs in pcre2test, and also pcretest
if it is easy to do so.
In this case the fixes were straightforward, and have been commited.
