[exim] smtp_accept_max_nonmail_hosts

Hello

I need to allow 127.0.0.1 to pass unlimited non-mail commands
I wish to know which is the correct procedure , I am using this

smtp_accept_max_nonmail_hosts = !127.0.0.1 : *
smtp_accept_max_nonmail = 10

but it's not working. Anyone can help me please ?
