[exim] Filters for outbound email

Sorry everyone, trying this again as I signed up in digest mode and
couldn't get a reply back to the list working via gmail.

I need / want to create filters for outbound email in exim on a Cpanel
based system. Inbound filters go in this location:

/usr/local/cpanel/etc/exim/system/options

Anyone know if this is possible or if Exim will apply the filters against
outbound email also?
