At cPanel, we're seeing quite a bit of breakage from this issue, as attempts to
deliver messages over SMTP with DATA or over LMTP hang and eventually fail. It
would be nice if Exim could fix these messages up.
Ideally, a patch for this issue would make it into 4.89.
