I know it's three RCs in as many days, but we think each is a step
better and if we can ensure that people who start their RC testing
during the work-week can have a week to bake and find any remaining
issues, that's good.

Over RC4, we have *fixed a crash bug in receiving email with DKIM
disabled*, fixed a bug I introduced for some platforms, and made
building Exim return to working state on versions of FreeBSD not
currently supported by that project.
*PLEASE TEST* -- we want to make 4.89 Final the best it can be and
currently plan to release on Monday February 20th.
