I have uploaded Exim 4.89 RC3 to:
https://ftp.exim.org/pub/exim/exim4/test/
RC2 was claimed to be OpenSSL-only. Further investigation revealed that
the problems observed were not Exim-specific but GnuTLS, affecting all
applications using the API in certain circumstances, only known to apply
to Fedora.
RC3 fixes, beyond RC2:
* crash in transport re-using bad $sender_ip_address from callout
* CHUNKING: fix transport crash on temp-reject of pipelined
non-first chunk
* some added DKIM paranoia
* non-SSL builds fixed
* various minor documentation fixes
The .xz tarball variants appear to be popular with users, so those are
now "standard" for all releases going forward.
I need to fix something about the uids in the tarballs, but if nothing
substantive is found, I expect RC3 to be the last RC and otherwise
identical to final release, on or around Monday 20th February. Note
that the release-branch was recut from master for RC3.

The files are signed with the PGP key 0x4D1E900E14C1CC04, which has a
uid "Phil Pennock <pdp@???>". Please use your own discretion in
assessing what trust paths you might have to this uid.

alongside the tarballs.
