Mailman on @exim.org is now version 2.1.23 with DMARC changes applied to
all lists:
dmarc_moderation_action = 1
dmarc_none_moderation_action = True
Furthermore, Exim on @exim.org is now DKIM-signing all outbound mail
which has a sender address in @exim.org. We do not publish a DMARC
policy at this time, and probably won't (for a long time / ever) but
DKIM is now pretty essential to not have @exim.org mail end up in the
spam folders of some large mail providers.
