Mailman on @exim.org should now be DMARC-munging, including for p=none
domains where failure to munge is a privacy breach.

So if this mail flows through, with From: munged, and I receive it also
in a gmail inbox, then the mailman upgrades are complete, CGI install
fixes are complete and we're good to go.
