I have uploaded Exim 4.89 RC2 to:

This is a stabilization release containing a number of bug-fixes; the RC
process for 4.89 will be accepting bug-fixes only, with a release-branch
in git so that any developments need to be explicitly carried across.
RC2 has known issues with GnuTLS; folks using Exim with GnuTLS are
currently best advised to hold off on the RC series until RC3. For
folks using Exim with OpenSSL, RC2 should be considered a full release
candidate.
My current expectation is that RC3 will include fixes for the known
GnuTLS issues and if no issues are reported, will be the last Release
Candidate. I expect to release Exim 4.89 somewhere around Monday
February 20th, if RC3 (or an RC4) is the last RC.
RC2 is believed to fully fix Proxy Protocol support, v1 and v2, with
TLS-on-connect supported; the "spec.txt" and "filter.txt" files are
non-empty (always a plus); small fixes for callout verify/random and
also some logging details.
As an experiment, this release includes tarballs in .xz compressed
format. If this is helpful to you, please do let me know. While we
can check transfer logs from
ftp.exim.org, we can't see figures from the
many mirrors which people use.

uid "Phil Pennock <pdp@???>". Please use your own discretion in
assessing what trust paths you might have to this uid.

alongside the tarballs.
