Yes; selective application, only to messages from domains enforcing
DMARC.
Mailman also has the option of message encapsulation, rather than
munging, and this is a list of admins of an MTA, so I've been tempted to
try it out with y'all as my unwilling guinea-pigs. *muahahahahahaaa*
*cough* I mean, experiment with an appreciative audience.

I will look into it. I know roughly where such logic should go, since
my personal mailman install already does some extra header-munging in
site-local configuration.
