https://bugs.exim.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2027

            Bug ID: 2027
Summary: TFO breaks rspamd connections on Debian Jessie
           Product: Exim
           Version: 4.88
          Hardware: x86
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: bug
          Priority: high
         Component: Content Scanning
          Assignee: jgh146exb@???
          Reporter: jgh146exb@???
                CC: duke@???, exim-dev@???

Reported on exim-users:

The TCP Fast Open implementation causes connections to Rspamd to fail
because the attempt to sendto() fails with EPIPE, and the code only expects
the possiblity of EOPNOTSUPP needing to trigger a fallback to connect().

I suspect it breaks all sorts of client connections, but why did the buldfarm
not complain?
