DKIM signing or verification?
Can you provide a sample?
If verification:
Was conversion to 7-bit done by the sender, and was it before or after the
DKIM signature was calculated?
If signing: Does your verifier decode before or after DKIM verification?
I'm unsure if the standards specify what is supposed to be done here, for such
a combination. Most people seem to regard the world as being 8-bit-clean these
days, hence encoding is not needed and little tested.
