If I'm not wrong, chunks are sent according to the
DELIVER_OUT_BUFFER_SIZE, defined in config.h.defaults:
#define DELIVER_OUT_BUFFER_SIZE 8192
So, 8k per chunk. But as always, I may be wrong.
