How did you test it?
Here an excerpt from `exim -bh 8.8.8.8` on my personal laptop:

**** SMTP testing: that is not a real message id!
No DKIM configured. But the same I got on my MX host, where DKIM checks
are enabled. (I don't paste it here, it's quite long output because of
the ACLs there.
