sljitProtExecAllocator.c has
#ifndef _XOPEN_SOURCE
#define _XOPEN_SOURCE 500 /* for mkstemp() and truncate() */
#endif
However, when these lines are reached, some libc header(s) have already been
included, which is too late. This needs to be defined before the first libc
header is included.
