Emails are vigorously alive in this part of Europa.
Trusting one's emails to a free-of-charge external provider, having no
legal obligation to delivery one's emails to oneself, is foolish.
Where there is Exim, there will always be email systems, large and
small, and an abundance of happy satisfied Exim admins.
