Hmm. Currently no bounce messages include that level of detail unless you
build with EXPERIMENTAL_DSN_INFO. If we created a new smtp transport option
then its refusals could at least be put in the obvious data struct
(addr->message) already used for that detail; it would be logged.

Re-opening for that as an RFE. Default should be 998 per standard, and apply
to number of bytes (not, eg, UTF8 characters) - which I don't think the
standards
cover. Proposed name "message_linelength_limit".
