Currently callouts to LMTP servers are not possible with the lmtp transport. A
workaround is the smtp transport, with protocol = lmtp.

lmtp: # no callouts possible
driver = lmtp
socket = /...

lmtp_over_smtp: # callouts possible
driver = smtp
protocol = lmtp
host = localhost
allow_localhost


Why not implementing a socket = ... for the smtp transport? And (additionally
implement callouts for the LMTP transport.)
