This is
YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
but you ask for
YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS
What makes the latter more unique than the first form?
What does the "T" stand for in your format specification? (I assume the
additional spaces in your specification where garbage.)
