[exim] PDKIM_DEBUG?

exim-4.86/src/pdkim/pdkim.h says that this option "can be enabled/disabled at run-time"
but I cannot see how to toggle it without recompiling with PDKIM_DEBUG undefined.

It is quite noicy when running the queue in verbose mode and I would have liked
to choose the verbosity myself.
