Yes, this is what it does. But in combination with haproxy this might by a way
to have more connections handled.
I messed up the calculation for the amount of memory used. I missed the pointer
towards the string host address.
With my proposed maximum value the resulting size would be 917504 bytes.
32 bits (pid) + 128 bits (max host address with \0) + 64 bits (pointer).
