I propose an alternative way: write a web-based form to upload
a user-supplied file with list of addresses to preprocessor, which
functions are to check address syntax, count the number of addresses
(if you want), remove comments (optional), sort and/or point out
duplicates, and then generate include file for redirect router.
It's a good thing to keep this file in a protected place, but
return it back to user on request, via the same web-based form.
