I understand the comments from Jgh. But it seems we do not have any other
option then implementing the removal of shutdown().
Older Exims are not touched by that change. If newer Rspamds decide to drop
support of shutdown() we can't do anything against that.
Best solution (on Rspamd's side) would be some auto-detection of the protocol
being used by the client.
