            Bug ID: 1895
Summary: Default groups for DH possibly backdoored
           Product: Exim
           Version: N/A
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: security
          Priority: medium
         Component: TLS
          Assignee: pdp@???
          Reporter: watsonbladd@???
                CC: exim-dev@???

Dear all,

The default DH groups used by Exim are the RFC 5114 groups. There is concern
that DH groups may have backdoors. I would recommend switching to the newly
standardized DH in TLS groups from RFC 7919.

Sincerely,
Watson Ladd
