[exim] 4.87+fixes

Hello,

I was wondering whether you were intending to create & maintain a 4.87+fixes branch as you did with 4.86?

I thought it was a very useful resource & would love to see a 4.87 version - but if it’s not useful for you any more or was too much work or whatever, that’s fine, of course!
