Is UTF-8 support also desirable when SMTPUTF8 is used and a DSN is needed for
one of the non-ASCII recipients?

It seems like a bad idea to attempt support for arbitrary content-types in the
DSN body. maybe instead autodetect non-ASCII, run it through "utf8clean" and
then present it as UTF8.
