it could be some thing in the DATA or MIME acl taking too long and the
client times out, but the timestamp on that exim-id is

2016-05-27 07:10:26.2322+00

so, assuming your timezone is +03 there was only 5 seconds elapsed
since the client said 'DATA', so probably not a timeout.
