You may pass your message to an external scanner programm, using the
av_scanner interface, in the DATA ACL.
Or you may do simple checks on the body using the $message_body
expansion and some regular expressions, it contains the initial portion
(500 lines, configurable) of the message.
The spec.txt (Exim documentation) contains information about the
available variables, and about ACL, and about the 'match' condition.
deny condition = ${if match {$message_body}{(?i)make money fast}}
