[exim-dev] [Bug 1671] segfault after delivery

Current theory is that a race in deliveries added in 4.86 exposed this
segfault bug. The latter is now fixed (see above commits by Heiko) in 4.87 and
possibly in distro releases that pick up important intermediate patches.

Bug 1810 is dealing with the former (and, yup, the retry DB is involved).
