Same problem here. After the upgrade to 4.86_2 (coming from 4.84)failed
immediate deliveries with remote-smtp (i.e. because of too much concurrent
connections to the destinationserver) the delivery-process terminates with
signal 11 after delivering the mail. The following mails to the same
destination-host then had the same problem with the crashing delivery. When I
did "exim -qff" the queue was empty, but the queue was piling up with the
sig11-mails quite shortly afterwards.
The problem appeared to be gone after I deleted all retry/wait-Databases and
restarted exim. (But this may be just a side-effect?)
