denoise race in smtp conn reuse
I've found a possible race, benign but log-noisy. If a delivery is checking
retry records for possible reuse of the open connection, and the one found
is delivered by another process between a stat() check and the -D file open
we would get this. This hole opened at a39bd74d3e94, between 4.85 and 4.86
so is a candidate.
Steve, Matt - are you in a position to compile from source?
