past final cutoff time

This last one (<user4>) is interesting. The system is part of a samba4
(as windows primary domain controller). We verify local addresses with
a LDAP call. for <user4> this fails, as expected (they are a domain
user but don't have an email address/mailbox). However the the default
localuser router uses check_local_user which does does find the user
and tries to use a non-existent home directory. This generates a
somewhat unintuitive "retry timeout exceeded" error (maybe because this
is a recurring error).
