When compiling exim 4.86 with LibreSSL 2.2.3 (at least), ECDH as a server fails
to initialize. It is worth noting that when exim is acting as a client, it has
no problems negotiating ECDH with other servers.

running exim in debug mode shows:
11111 No OpenSSL API to define ECDH parameters, skipping

In the headers from LibreSSL:
