Many thanks, Jeremy! (I have a vague recollection that at one time there
was a dire warning about having two of the same directives in an ACL but
might be mis-remembering.)

Does anyone have any thoughts on whether it's possible to do the equivalent
of a *hosts* type match within a string expansion? If not I'll restructure
it as a couple of separate ACLs instead.
