Fiddling with SRS, some moth ago, i've hit a similar touble, and really i've
not understood well how work.
Finally i've used 'headers rewrite', eg:
headers_rewrite = *@* "${if eq{${domain::$h_errors_to::}}{SRS_DOMAIN}{$h_errors_to::} fail }" s
because simply setting errors_to seems ws not sufficient, or at least work
randomly.
But headers_rewrite is so ''brutal''...
