[exim] Next Exim release

It's about time for another release of Exim.

What do people particularly want worked on in the remaining
time? Favourite bugs?

Timescale is several weeks, quite possibly a couple of months.
There will be several Release Candidate builds along the way,
and at some point we'll declare a Feature Freeze and accept
only bugfixes up until the actual release.

The version number for this release will be 4.87.

Release candidates will be available from the exim.org FTP
site, following announcements in the exim-users and exim-dev
mailing lists.
