IMO fix for 1721 does not fix this issue.
I testet with a message signed and reverified by the tools provided with
perl-Mail-DKIM-0.40-7.fc23.noarch
I attached my testmessage.
The message verfies with
$ perl /usr/share/doc/perl-Mail-DKIM/dkimverify.pl <dkimtest_signed.eml
originator address: postmaster@???
signature identity: @sproing.at
verify result: pass
sender policy result: accept
author policy result: accept
ADSP policy result: accept
... but failes if I send it with
swaks --from=postmaster@??? --to=xxxxxxx@??? --server
zidmx1.univie.ac.at --data=dkimtest_signed.eml
with
