Found with libFuzzer on fresh trunk

The input 0x4c,0x28,0x3f,0x23,0x28,0x7c,0x2b,0x2b,0x3c,0x21,0x28,0x32,0x29,0x3f
causes pcre2_compile_8 to timeout:
