[exim] New Commit (DKIM whitespace) on maintenance branch 4_…

sorry for the frequent updates :) but I wasn't aware of another pipelined
more or less important bugfix.

I've pushed a new commit to the 4.86+fixes branch.

    git clone --branch exim-4_86+fixes git://exim.org/exim.git

or if you've already a cloned repo:

    git fetch origin exim-4_86+fixes
    git co exim-4_86+fixes

It passed the testsuite for {debian7,debian8,fedora21,opensuse}-{openssl,gnutls}
with the usual failures.
