I guess you could. But these go in with the "machine-readable" portion
of the message. Admittedly, since standard DSN message format was introduced,
the manual doesn't actually describe this, but it gets put between the
second and third items of a bounce_message_file. The "machine-readable"
elements go after the "list of addresses and error messages" that is
described in Chapter 49.
